IT Business Analyst

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, processes, and system specifications across business functions.
• Align requirements and processes across multiple operating companies and support stakeholders through project-related change.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to project teams; collaborate with development teams in design sessions.
• Create and validate functional specifications, including data migration rules, business rules, wireframes, and test scenarios.
• Identify technical issues and system deficiencies, recommend improvements, and define reporting and alerting requirements with the IT Project Manager.
• Design, document, and maintain system processes; assist with ERP, WMS, and other business system configuration.
• Provide level 2 customer support, troubleshoot and test software modifications, and develop and execute application test scripts.
• Ensure anomalies are addressed, changes are documented, and monitoring and customer value are continuously improved.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Business, or equivalent experience.
• At least five years’ experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills in English and French.
• Experience with data analysis, software development, and B2B environments.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills.
