Role overview

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of strategic technology initiatives with Italian Commercial stakeholders and European Commercial IT.
• Liaise between Italian teams and Global or Regional IT functions to align on priority initiatives.
• Contribute to digital transformation projects involving AI, advanced analytics, digital marketing, CRM, process automation, and digital content systems.
• Document, verify, and validate current and future state business processes for IT programs and roadmaps.
• Assist with business requirements gathering, digital transformation opportunity identification, and automation solution design.
• Support local IT governance and collaboration with global and regional teams to align with enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Management Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing in both Italian and English is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Interest in AI and familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, CRM, digital marketing platforms, Aprimo, Anthill, or Veeva Vault are considered a plus.
• Curiosity, proactivity, collaboration, a business-oriented approach, eagerness to learn, and a project management mindset are preferred.
