Role overview
Hiring Buddy Limited seeks an IT Business Analyst to support development and improvement of digital recruitment and business management systems.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse business processes and IT system requirements.
- Support improvements to recruitment software and databases.
- Analyse data and prepare management reports.
- Work with developers to improve system functionality.
- Assist with software testing and system integration.
- Maintain system documentation and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science or a related field; the source degree wording is incomplete.
- Good understanding of databases and information systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Previous experience in administration, IT systems or data analysis is desirable.
