IT Business Analyst

You will bring previous experience in a similar role where you have worked in an Agile software development environment. Demonstrating key stakeholder management skills & communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You’ll have experience using multiple analysis techniques to lead and facilitate workshops with stakeholders and to identify and prioritise requirements.

Other key skills required for the role include:

Formal qualification within IT Business Analysis, or similar (technical degree) is preferred.

Understanding of the software development lifecycle, software architecture and technologies.

Pays attention to detail, demonstrates analytical and rigorous problem-solving skills.

Understanding of basic scripting, database query to gain knowledge of existing systems.

Builds great working relationships, influences others, challenges effectively and responds well to challenge from others.

Team oriented, inspires confidence and trust in others.

Experience in Financial Services or other regulated industries is desirable.
