Responsibilities
Leading and participating in discovery phases: identifying business needs, defining project scopeGathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements as user stories + acceptance criteriaBuilding diagrams: BPMN, use case, flowcharts (as-is / to-be)Managing the backlog in Jira, maintaining documentation in Confluence, and NotionStakeholder management: interviews, facilitation, expectation alignmentWorking within the project's methodology (Scrum, Kanban, hybrid)
