• ​​​​​​​ You will be working closely with stakeholders to understand the business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend technology solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall business performance.
• Some of the key accountabilities will include:
• Shape the Strategy: Work closely with stakeholders to dig into business processes, pinpoint areas for improvement, and recommend tech solutions that boost efficiency and performance.
• Map & Improve: Document "As-Is" workflows and help design slick, efficient "To-Be" processes.
• Elicit Requirements: Lead interactive workshops and 1-to-1 sessions to extract, analyse, and document project requirements.
• Drive Business Readiness: Act as the champion for change, helping teams smoothly transition to new systems and adopt new functionalities into business-as-usual (BAU) operations.
• Support Project Governance: Partner with Project Management to track actions, organise documentation, keep milestones on target, and evaluate third-party vendors.
