Role Description
We are seeking an IT Azure Operations Engineer for a contract on-site position based in Dubai.
The role involves managing and overseeing IT operations, ensuring the seamless performance of Azure environments.
Responsibilities
include troubleshooting, providing technical support, maintaining system administration, and optimizing cloud-based infrastructure.
The engineer will work directly with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring operational reliability and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Expertise in IT Operations and System Administration
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support practices
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, particularly Azure, and Information Technology best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in working on-site and collaborating with diverse teams
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Azure certifications such as Azure Administrator or Azure Solutions Architect are a plus
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for cloud operations
