Schedule and location

Responsibilities

• Design and develop software and enterprise solutions from user requirements and system integration needs, following the SDLC.
• Gather, prioritize, and implement application enhancements and system requirements with business departments.
• Maintain user requirements, detailed design specifications, configuration test plans, and summary reports.
• Perform design, code, and architecture reviews; process change-control requests.
• Provide end-user support and troubleshoot application, server, and infrastructure issues; monitor service issues.
• Administer production systems and support AWS infrastructure.
• Query enterprise databases and configure tabular, trend, and label reports.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Relevant experience varies by level: 0–2 years for Associate, 2–5 years for Analyst, and 5 or more years for Senior; level depends on qualifications.

Preferred qualifications

• Preferred: LabWare configuration using LIMS Basic and/or LabWare ELN V4 certification.
• Preferred: AWS infrastructure, large-scale enterprise database management, and familiarity with compliant system development in a GMP or regulated environment.
