Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineers, platform administrators, and business stakeholders across multiple concurrent programs.
• Maintain Jira milestone status and run standups, milestone reviews, and gate checks.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and schedule slips and drive resolution across engineering, security, and business teams.
• Produce weekly and executive-level reporting tied to business outcomes.
• Track AI infrastructure and platform spend and support budget visibility and forecasting.
• Enforce security, documentation, production readiness, and adoption measurement gates.
• Run launch enablement, training sessions, and documentation for adopting business teams.
• Coordinate shared dependencies with Enterprise Applications, Enterprise Technologies, and Atlassian Engineering.

Required Qualifications

• A BA or BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field is required.
• At least four years of technical program or project management experience in IT or software delivery is required.
• Strong Jira and agile delivery knowledge is required.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams with structured milestone tracking is required.
• Excellent communication, executive reporting, critical thinking, analytical ability, independence, and initiative are required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering AI, ML, or data platform programs is preferred.
• Familiarity with cloud cost management, preferably AWS, is preferred.
• Experience with AI governance, production readiness, or SDLC frameworks is preferred.
• Experience partnering with finance on budget and spend reporting is preferred.
• Experience building enterprise technology enablement or training programs is preferred.
• PMP, agile, or equivalent program management certification is preferred.

Compensation

• The annual salary range is $131,452 to $158,400 USD.
• Actual compensation depends on location, experience, job-related skills, education or training, and performance.

Workplace

• The role is remote in the United States.
