Networking

  • o Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, iOS, etc.)
  • o Management and administration of Windows systems and solutions: Windows Server,
  • Active Directory, cluster, Hyper-V, DFS, etc.
  • Good knowledge of the iPadOS environment, printers, Wi-Fi
  • o Management of storage and backup solutions (NAS, replication, etc.)
  • o Basic networking skills (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, etc.)
  • o Management of active network equipment (configuration of switches, routers, Wi-Fi
  • access points, Wi-Fi controllers, etc.)
  • o Security configuration and management (antivirus, firewalls, etc.)
  • IT hardware/equipment
  • o Ensuring the smooth daily operation of IT hardware (computers, tablets, printers, video
  • projectors, local network, etc.)
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware problems on this equipment and provide first-level

Requirements

o More than two years of previous experience in technical support

o Experience in an educational institution is a plus
