We are looking for an experienced IT Administrator to support our retail IT operations across hypermarket outlets.

Role Overview
The IT Administrator will be responsible for managing retail IT infrastructure, ensuring POS uptime, maintaining ERP integration, securing networks, and overseeing system continuity across operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage IT infrastructure (servers, desktops, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi).
- Oversee POS systems across retail outlets and ensure maximum uptime.
- Support and maintain ERP system integration with POS and inventory modules.
- Configure and manage firewall, VPN, and network security.
- Administer Active Directory, domain management, and user access controls.
- Maintain and manage biometric attendance system.
- Coordinate with IT vendors and manage AMCs/SLA performance.
- Supervise IT support staff and provide hands-on technical support.
- Ensure data backup, disaster recovery planning, and IT security compliance.
Required Experience
- 5–8 years of IT experience, including minimum 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Retail / Hypermarket / FMCG environment experience preferred.
- Experience managing multi-branch operations and high-volume POS environments.
• Networking (TCP And IP, VLAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP)
- Firewall management (FortiGate / Sophos / Cisco or similar)
- Retail POS systems
- Retail ERP systems
- Microsoft 365 administration
- Biometric systems management
- Backup & recovery solutions
- Basic SQL knowledge
Preferred Certifications
- Microsoft Certification (MCSA / MCSE or equivalent)
• CCNA And Network+
- ITIL (preferred)
