The IT Administrator is responsible for maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, providing technical support to users, and administering the ePROMIS ERP system.
The role ensures the smooth operation of hardware, software, networks, data backups, and ERP-related activities while supporting business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and provide first-level support for the **ePROMIS ERP** system.
- Coordinate with the ERP vendor for troubleshooting, system updates, and issue resolution.
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and security permissions within ePROMIS ERP.
- Generate, maintain, and analyze ERP reports as required by management.
- Ensure data accuracy, system availability, and proper documentation of ERP processes.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, printers, and network devices.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to employees.
- Monitor system performance and ensure regular software updates and security patches.
- Perform regular data backups and recovery procedures.
- Maintain IT asset records, inventory, and software licenses.
- Prepare IT-related documentation, policies, and procedures.
- Support business continuity and information security initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in **ePROMIS ERP administration and support**.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and networking fundamentals.
- Experience in report generation, data management, and user access administration.
- Understanding of IT security, backup, and disaster recovery processes.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation abilities.
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting ERP users across HR, Finance, Procurement, Inventory, or Operations modules.
- Familiarity with SQL queries and database management.
- Experience in IT asset management and system documentation.
