Overview

We are looking for a proactive and experienced **IT Administrator** to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, providing technical support, ensuring system security, and managing the company's website.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including computers, printers, servers, and network devices.
  • Provide technical support to employees and resolve hardware/software issues.
  • Administer Microsoft 365, email accounts, user access, and Active Directory.
  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, and network security.
  • Perform regular system maintenance, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
  • Ensure cybersecurity best practices and endpoint protection.
  • Manage and maintain the company website, including content updates, domain, hosting, SSL certificates, and website performance.
  • Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when required.
  • Maintain IT documentation, software licenses, and asset inventory.
  • Recommend and implement technology improvements to enhance business operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant IT experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, and cybersecurity.
  • Experience managing company websites (WordPress or other CMS platforms is an advantage).
  • Knowledge of cloud services, backup solutions, and virtualization is preferred.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
