Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot network, internet, email, and system issues.
- Assist employees with IT problems and technical requests, including Level 1 end-user support.
- Maintain IT equipment, inventory, and technical records.
- Coordinate customer pre-sales and after-sales support.
- Follow up on projects with technicians and prepare project plans and execution.
- Coordinate with sales and accounts departments.
- Prepare invoices and cost estimates.
- Manage logistics and inventory for IT products.
Requirements
- At least two years of IT support experience is required.
- Knowledge of computer hardware, Windows operating systems, printers, and basic networking.
- Good troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A diploma or degree in IT, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in IT support or a similar role is an advantage.
- A Qatar driving license is preferred.
- The job is full-time, pays QAR 3,000–4,000 per month, and is in person.
