Role overview

IT operations and infrastructure

• Maintain uptime, monitoring, patching, backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• Manage vendors, IT budgets, and procurement.
• Handle L1–L3 escalations and enforce SLAs.
• Manage Wi-Fi, VPN, PABX, IT assets, and user support.

Cloud and security

• Design and operate AWS infrastructure, including EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, Route 53, and CloudFront.
• Administer Cloudflare WAF, SSL/TLS, and DNS.
• Manage endpoint security using Bitdefender, CrowdStrike, and Sophos.
• Apply role-based access controls across tools.

Devices and applications

• Use Microsoft Intune for device management, patching, and software deployment.
• Support device onboarding, Wi-Fi, VPN, printers, and biometric attendance systems.
• Administer Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho, finance/HR applications, and Grandstream PABX.
• Support Mailchimp, SES, Twilio, Mandrill, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Zoho Desk, and SalesIQ integrations.

Compliance and governance

• Manage licensing and software audits, data privacy regulations, IT policies, reporting, and audit readiness.
• Provide support for invoices and VAT filing.

Role scope

• Manage AWS infrastructure, IT security, access controls, endpoint security, business applications, vendors, budgets, and compliance.
