It Administrative Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support core digital platforms, including Student Information Systems (SIS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), Google Workspace, and communication platforms.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access while ensuring compliance with security and data protection policies.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and escalate incidents when required.
• Configure, deploy, maintain, and support school-owned devices, including laptops, iPads, and shared peripherals.
• Coordinate device inventory, repairs, warranties, replacements, and lifecycle management.
• Provide operational support for classroom and shared-space audio-visual systems, including projectors, displays, sound systems, and conferencing equipment.
• Support technology setup and troubleshooting for lessons, meetings, school events, and assemblies.
• Assist with academic year preparation, including user onboarding, class creation, device allocation, and system configuration.
• Maintain accurate documentation of systems, devices, licences, warranties, and vendor support activities.
• Coordinate with external vendors for hardware, software, and AV support services.
• Support continuity planning, system security, and incident response in accordance with organisational policies.
• Collaborate with Academic, Admissions, HR, Finance, and Operations teams to support digital and operational requirements.
• Assist with reporting, operational coordination, and technology-related projects across the organisation.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding, data protection, confidentiality, and acceptable use policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 Years of Experience in IT support, systems administration, or digital operations.
• Hands-on experience supporting laptops, iPads, and end-user devices.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Student Information Systems (SIS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), or similar platforms.
• Experience supporting audio-visual equipment and classroom technology is an advantage.
• Strong organisational, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to support non-technical users.
• Previous experience in an educational or school environment is preferred.
