IT Administrator supporting reliable, secure, and efficient technology operations at The St. Regis Abu Dhabi.
Provides daily support to hotel Hosts and business-critical and guest-facing technology in line with Marriott standards and cybersecurity requirements.
Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-level support for hardware, software, applications, network connectivity, printers, and mobile devices.
- Support PMS, POS, Microsoft 365, telephony, guest systems, IPTV/digital signage, access control, and other hotel applications.
- Assist with servers, virtualization, storage, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, backups, and infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot and escalate incidents with Marriott technology teams, vendors, and support partners.
- Support Active Directory, accounts, security groups, application access, and periodic access reviews.
- Assist with cybersecurity controls, endpoint protection, patching, vulnerability remediation, assessments, audits, and compliance.
- Monitor backups and participate in contingency, business continuity, and disaster recovery activities.
- Maintain IT asset inventories, technical documentation, support records, and technology lifecycle information.
- Support maintenance, upgrades, implementations, testing, and technology projects; provide basic user guidance and training.
- Promote system availability, timely incident resolution, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
Preferred qualifications
- A diploma or bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline is preferred.
- 2–3 years of IT support, systems administration, infrastructure support, or similar experience is preferred.
- Hotel, hospitality, or another 24/7 operations environment experience is highly desirable.
