ISO Services - Mechanical Foreman (Ennis TX)

• Requires High School Diploma or G.E.D; Requires successful completion of training requirements as outlined by ISO Services. Requires effective communication and organizational skills. Minimum four (4) years pipe welding or fitting experience; Minimum of one (1) year of supervision experience; Minimum of two (2) years of rigging and/or crane operation experience; Tank repair experience would be beneficial.

5.0 Responsibilities include the following

• Hands on management of our construction jobsite resources (people, subcontractors, materials, tools, equipment) with focus on installation of structural steel, piping, and equipment
• Daily identification and mitigation of jobsite hazards
• Provide daily reporting to project management
• Follows policies and practices as stated in the Employee Handbook and other facility policy and procedure manuals.
• Maintains a clean and well-organized workspace at all times.
• Strives to develop good working relationship with all co-workers, customers, and associates.
• On call duties as required
• Work per OSHA standards.
• Travel and overnight stay for several weeks at a time.
• Other miscellaneous duties as requested.

6.0 Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50#.
• Must be in a physical condition that will allow walking long distances
• Must be able to work in high places(no fear of heights)
• Must be able to work in any environment(heat, cold, rain)
• Must be able to physically work up to 84 hours a week, if necessary
• Must be able to stand for an extended period of time
• Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, twist, reach and climb
• Must be able to work in confined spaces
• Must be well-groomed
• All new hires are contingent on the passing of a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
