About This Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ISO Consultant with strong expertise in Integrated Management Systems (IMS) and ISO 22301 (Business Continuity Management Systems). The consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and auditing ISO standards to ensure compliance and continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, implement, and maintain Integrated Management Systems (IMS) in line with ISO standards (ISO 22301, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
  2. Conduct gap analysis, risk assessments, and business impact analysis (BIA).
  3. Develop and document policies, procedures, manuals, and SOPs.
  4. Provide guidance on business continuity planning (BCP) and disaster recovery strategies.
  5. Conduct internal audits and support external certification audits.
  6. Train employees on ISO standards, IMS processes, and business continuity practices.
  7. Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Minimum [3] years of experience in ISO consulting or management systems.
  3. Proven experience in IMS implementation and ISO 22301 certification.
  4. Certified Lead Auditor/Lead Implementer in ISO standards (preferred).
  5. Experience conducting internal audits.
  6. Excellent documentation and report-writing skills.
  7. Strong communication skills

ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 certifications
