Role overview

Location and work setting

• The role is located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, at the Special Integrated Logistics Zone.
• The role includes hands-on support on the production floor during ramp-up.

What you’ll do

• Set up, validate, and maintain production test stations, test environments, and equipment.
• Deploy test software and manage test code and configurations, including BIOS, BMC, and firmware versions.
• Analyze failures using test data, logs, and on-site observation, and resolve issues through closure.
• Support server configuration testing, including operating system, RAID, and network setup.
• Ensure test data uploads correctly to the MES for traceability.
• Improve test stability, yield, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, suppliers, and global teams; provide hands-on support for urgent issues.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Electronic or Computer Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 2+ years in server, PC, or electronics manufacturing, test engineering, or system validation is preferred.
• Good understanding of production test processes, station setup, test equipment, logs, and failure analysis.
• Familiarity with server hardware, BIOS/BMC/firmware, Windows Server and Linux, RAID, and network troubleshooting.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Willingness to provide hands-on production-floor support during ramp-up.
