Role Description
We are seeking a full-time IRATA Level 1 Technician to join our on-site team in Dubai.
The technician will be responsible for executing high-standard façade and high-rise cleaning using rope access techniques in accordance with IRATA standards.
Day-to-day tasks include ensuring adherence to safety protocols, inspecting and maintaining equipment, performing cleaning tasks for glass, windows, and other high-elevation surfaces, and collaborating closely with team members to deliver exceptional results.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in rope access techniques with an active IRATA Level 1 certification
- Skills in handling high-rise façade cleaning, glass cleaning, and window cleaning
- Familiarity with equipment inspection and maintenance
- Knowledge and adherence to safety protocols and procedures for high-elevation work
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team
- Good physical fitness and stamina to perform demanding tasks
- Previous experience in façade or high-rise cleaning is an advantage
- Basic understanding of workplace communication in English
- Salary Range: AED 1,600 to AED 1,900 (Based on experience) , Accommodation and Transportation provided
