What You'Ll Do
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth within the Local Market channel.
Manage distributors, dealers, and key customers while strengthening long-term business relationships.
Achieve sales, profitability, and market share targets through effective business planning and execution.
Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market coverage and revenue streams.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to maintain competitive positioning.
Lead commercial negotiations and annual business planning with customers and partners.
Ensure accurate sales forecasting, inventory management, and collection performance.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Management, SCM, and Finance teams to support business objectives.
What you must have
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in sales, channel management, or business development.
Proven experience managing distributors, dealers, and key accounts.
Strong commercial negotiation and business planning skills.
Experience in sales forecasting, market analysis, and performance management.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Nice if you have
Experience in the Consumer Electronics or Home Appliance industry.
Knowledge of Saudi retail and local market channels.
Experience with market share analysis and business intelligence tools.
Existing network within local market distributors and major retailers.
