Role Overview
We are inviting applications for a senior
Iqvia Solution Consultant
to support a major healthcare transformation program in the UAE.
The role requires strong domain expertise in IQVIA HIS or equivalent Cerner consulting/program management experience, combined with excellent client‑facing and delivery skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead solution consulting activities for IQVIA HIS implementations
- Conduct requirement analysis, solution design, and workflow mapping
- Engage with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Provide advisory support on best practices, system optimisation, and adoption
- Prepare high‑quality documentation, functional specifications, and reports
- Support program governance, delivery tracking, and issue resolution
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful deployment
Required Experience & Skills
- **12+ years**
- of consulting or program management experience in healthcare IT
- **IQVIA HIS experience preferred**
- OR strong Cerner consulting/program management background
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and client management skills
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication capability
- **PMP certification preferred**
- Ability to work onsite in the UAE for the full duration of the engagement

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Cerner Program Manager
to lead and oversee the end‑to‑end delivery of a Cerner implementation program.
This role requires a senior professional with deep healthcare IT expertise, strong program governance capability, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle
- Cerner implementation
- across planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Drive program governance, risk management, and delivery oversight
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams, vendors, and client stakeholders
- Ensure high‑quality documentation, reporting, and compliance with delivery standards
- Manage client communication, expectations, and escalation handling
- Oversee timelines, budgets, and resource planning

Required Experience & Skills
- **14–15+ years**
- of program/project management experience in healthcare IT
- Proven track record managing
- Cerner implementations end‑to‑end
- Strong stakeholder and client management capability
- Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills
- Experience working with distributed/offshore teams
- **PMP certification preferred**
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
