IP Litigation Associate (Judicial Clerk)

Kirkland’s Orange County office is accepting applications from law clerks for intellectual property litigation associate positions to start in 2026 and 2027.

Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials are required.

Prior intellectual property, technology, or economics experience preferred.
