Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IoT Technician / Telematics Engineer to join our team in a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar.
The selected candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of GPS tracking systems, IoT devices, CAN Bus integrations, and vehicle telematics solutions across different vehicle brands and models.
Candidates with previous experience working in Dubai or the GCC region will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain vehicle telematics and IoT systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot GPS tracking devices, CAN Bus systems, and vehicle electronics
- Perform on-site installations, testing, calibration, and technical support
- Configure and integrate IoT platforms and connected vehicle systems
- Monitor system performance and ensure reliable operation across multiple vehicle types
- Handle firmware updates, device configuration, and connectivity troubleshooting
- Maintain technical documentation, installation reports, and service records
- Collaborate with technical and operational teams to improve system performance and service quality

Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience with
Teltonika
- telematics devices and accessories
- Strong understanding of CAN Bus systems, automotive electronics, and vehicle diagnostics
- Experience with IoT device installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of networking, sensors, and connectivity protocols such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and IoT communication protocols
- Familiarity with IoT platforms and cloud-based integrations
- Basic programming or scripting knowledge is an advantage
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in field environments and manage multiple assignments
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in Dubai or GCC market is considered a strong advantage
- Valid Qatar driving license preferred
- Diploma or Degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
