Lead the IoT Operations and Service team across products and projects.
Build and develop the service team and establish effective SOPs, processes, and workflows.
Ensure SLA compliance, timely ticket closure, and effective client escalation management.
Manage remote and field support teams for projects across India.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
Analyze support tickets, service logs, issue reports, and repair data to identify recurring issues and improve service operations.
Improve customer service practices, customer experience, service efficiency, and operational effectiveness.

B.E. or B.Tech degree in Electronics or Electrical.
7–12 years of experience in remote support, service, or commissioning for IoT or automation systems.
Understanding of electronics products.
Previous experience leading a team of 10 or more members is an added advantage.

Work on IoT products deployed in high-impact environments.
