Can you turn complex flight data into insights that safeguard operations and elevate aviation performance?

We are looking for an analytically-driven professional to support flight data monitoring and operational analytics, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance and efficiency across our operations.

In this role, you will analyse flight data through both daily and trend-based assessments, translating findings into actionable insights that enhance operational performance and minimise risk exposure.

You will contribute to the development and continuous improvement of Flight Data Monitoring (FDM) processes, aligning them with evolving industry safety management practices and regulatory expectations.

Working closely with cross functional teams, you will investigate incidents, interpret operational data and provide evidence-based recommendations to strengthen compliance and operational resilience.

You will also support the preparation of analytics reports, contribute to data governance practices and enable stakeholders to maximise the value of data management and internal communication systems.

Through structured analysis, reporting and collaboration, you will play a key role in driving informed decision making and continuous improvement across the Integrated Operations Control Centre (IOCC).

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate experience in data analysis, aviation analytics or a related operational environment, with a strong understanding of data driven decision making.

You bring proven capability in analysing complex datasets, identifying trends and translating insights into practical recommendations that support safety and operational efficiency.

You are comfortable working independently within established systems, while also collaborating effectively with stakeholders across functions in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
