Invoicing Executive

About This Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Invoicing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling a high volume of invoices daily and coordinating closely with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and process approximately 300 invoices per day accurately and efficiently
• Ensure all invoices are prepared in compliance with company policies and procedures
• Coordinate with the Sales Team for order verification and billing accuracy
• Work closely with the Inventory Team to resolve stock-related issues
• Maintain proper records of invoices and related documentation
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in billing or stock data
• Support daily operational requirements related to invoicing

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Invoicing Executive or in a similar role
• Ability to handle high-volume invoicing under pressure
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Good knowledge of inventory and billing processes
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
• Willingness to work in both day and night shifts
• Experience in the frozen food industry will be an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
