Invoicing Analyst (m/f/d)

Role overview

What you will do

• Produce accurate, timely customer invoices and meet billing schedules, data-integrity and service-level requirements.
• Investigate billing discrepancies and trends, identify issues and risks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Resolve internal and external billing queries and deliver effective first-contact resolution.
• Partner across Operations, Commercial and Finance to resolve complex issues.
• Improve processes, systems and data quality and help maintain financial controls and policy compliance.

What you will bring

• Experience in a customer-facing, billing, invoicing, operations or administrative environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, to analyse and manage data.
• Clear communication, collaboration and relationship-building skills.
• UK Gas and Power experience is advantageous but not essential; a degree or equivalent qualification is desirable.
