  • 🎯 The Role
  • We are seeking an experienced Investor Relations Manager to lead investor communications, manage relationships with shareholders and the investment community, and support the organization's capital markets strategy.
  • The ideal candidate will develop investor engagement initiatives, communicate financial and strategic performance, and ensure consistent, transparent, and accurate messaging.
  • 🚀 Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute investor relations strategies aligned with corporate objectives and long-term growth plans
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, shareholders, financial analysts, and capital market stakeholders
  • Prepare investor presentations, earnings materials, annual reports, and shareholder communications
  • Coordinate quarterly earnings announcements, investor meetings, roadshows, and shareholder events
  • Collaborate with executive leadership, finance, legal, and corporate communications teams to ensure consistent messaging
  • Monitor market trends, analyst reports, shareholder activity, and competitor performance to provide strategic insights
  • Support capital raising activities, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate finance initiatives when required
  • Ensure compliance with applicable financial disclosure requirements, corporate governance standards, and regulatory obligations
  • Analyze investor feedback, market sentiment, and valuation trends to support executive decision-making
  • Prepare investor relations reports, performance analyses, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
  • ✅ Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Corporate Communications, or a related field preferred
  • MBA, CPA, CFA, ACCA, CIMA, or other relevant professional qualification is advantageous
  • 7+ years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, financial analysis, equity research, corporate communications, or related roles
  • 3+ years of experience managing investor communications or capital market activities preferred
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, capital markets, corporate governance, and regulatory disclosure requirements
  • Excellent financial analysis, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven experience preparing executive presentations, earnings materials, and investor communications
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience working with executive leadership, investors, analysts, and regulatory bodies is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
