About the Role

  • Handle high-volume outbound calling with confidence and consistency to reach target customers.
  • Persuade and influence potential clients using strong pitch delivery and objection-handling skills.
  • Identify customer needs quickly and match them with suitable products/services to maximize conversions.
  • Maintain follow-up routines with warm leads to ensure timely closures and sustained engagement.
  • Record all customer interactions in the CRM accurately to maintain clear sales pipelines.
  • Build rapport with customers by maintaining a positive, energetic, and professional tone during calls.
  • Manage call time efficiently while maintaining quality and productivity throughout the shift.
  • Convert inquiries into successful sales by applying tele sales techniques and structured selling approaches.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound sales calls to potential customers
  • Maintain strong product and service knowledge
  • Convert new leads into active clients as per regulations
  • Assist clients with account opening and first deposit
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets

Requirements

  • Fluent Hindi speakers only
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, call center, BPO, or sales
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Good problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach
