We are seeking a highly motivated **Investment Real Estate Sales Agent** to advise investors, analyze opportunities, and close high‑value deals across Abu Dhabi’s rapidly expanding property investment market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on **property investment opportunities**, including off‑plan, ready, and rental‑yield assets
  • Conduct investment consultations, ROI breakdowns, and financial presentations
  • Promote high‑performing projects from top Abu Dhabi developers
  • Build and manage a portfolio of investors, buyers, and referral partners
  • Provide expert guidance on payment plans, capital appreciation, rental yields, and market trends
  • Negotiate offers and close investment‑driven transactions with accuracy and professionalism
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and follow company sales processes
  • Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with strong financial knowledge and professionalism

Requirements

  • Experience in real estate sales, **investment advisory**, or financial‑focused client roles is preferred
  • Strong understanding of ROI, rental yields, payment structures, and investment analysis
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build trust with investors and high‑net‑worth clients
  • Highly motivated, disciplined, and target‑driven
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, Spanish, German, etc.) are an advantage
  • Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s investment market is a plus
