About our client
Our client is an established investment firm looking to expand its high-calibre infrastructure private equity fund and co-investment investment team in the Middle East, by adding an investment professional to their successful and collaborative team.
What The Job Involves
- This role will focus on investments into infrastructure.
- This role sits within the private markets investment team where you will play an important role in the private equity fund and co-investments team.
- The team invests across private equity funds and co-investments globally, across a wide range of geographies, including Europe, the Americas and Asia.
- You will assist the senior team with defining investment strategies
- Assist with LP and co-investments
- Assist the senior team in managing the investment program by providing analysis, monitoring, and evaluation of assigned investment portfolios
- Maintain knowledge of potential investment managers; co-investment opportunities, providing research and analysis for investment selection
- Write recommendations on selection and removal of external investment managers to the CIO
- Assist investment operations analyst with completing all investment and other investment department reporting and monitoring requirements
- Who we are looking for
- Experience of infrastructure private equity investments
- Some experience of private equity fund investing / manager selection and / or co-investments is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
- Good financial modelling skills
- Should enjoy working in a growing team with an entrepreneurial, high-performance culture
