Investment Performance Analyst

Assist with the monthly investment performance production cycle, respond to stakeholder queries, and maintain strong controls and governance for externally published materials.

Contribute to process and system improvements to strengthen quality and efficiency.

Assist with running the end-to-end monthly investment performance production cycle for PB portfolios, including data collation, validation and reconciliation across multiple sources and platforms.

Investigate and resolve investment performance breaks and discrepancies, co-ordinating with relevant teams and maintaining a clear audit trail of checks, actions and outcomes.

Prepare investment performance packs and respond to performance-related queries from PB stakeholders within agreed timelines, communicating complex topics clearly and concisely.

Manage competing priorities across BAU deliverables and ad-hoc requests, escalating risks early and proposing practical options to meet deadlines and business needs.

Support continuous improvement, including transition to new investment performance and factsheet production systems, strengthening controls, and identifying opportunities to streamline and automate recurring processes.

Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to reconcile, validate and quality-check complex data with a high degree of accuracy.

Sound understanding of investment performance, including benchmarks, returns, corporate actions.

Advanced Excel capability.

Confident communicator with the ability to build effective relationships with senior investment professionals and cross-functional teams.

Highly organised and delivery-focused, able to manage fixed reporting cycles, competing priorities and ad-hoc requests.

Proactive in identifying and resolving data quality and delivery issues, supported by robust controls and governance.

Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset, identifying opportunities to enhance processes, automation, resilience and efficiency.
