CHOSAY is an established furniture retail business with proven traction, and we are now entering a new phase of growth: expansion into the GCC market.
To lead this next chapter, we are looking for a Co-Founder / Business Partner to take ownership of building and scaling CHOSAY as a regional branch operator, starting from Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
This is not a traditional employment role — it is a hands-on partnership to build and scale a regional business unit.
Role Description
- Launch and scale CHOSAY in the GCC market
- Build and manage local supplier and sourcing networks
- Drive sales growth and retail expansion
- Oversee daily operations and market execution
- Develop strategic partnerships and distribution channels
- Adapt and execute business strategy for regional growth

- Experience in retail, reselling, sourcing, or e-commerce
- Strong commercial mindset with a proven ability to drive revenue
- Hands-on operator who thrives in fast-moving business environments
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
