Responsibilities
- Analyze current and historical financial and real estate data and performance to recommend opportunities for profit improvement
- Regularly review financial information through both routine and ad hoc reports
- Interpret financial and real estate data to identify changing trends, patterns, and their impact on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Present financial insights and business concerns to management in a clear and actionable way
- Analyze investment fund performance, real estate investments, and market trends
- Collaborate with fund managers to prepare visibility reports
- Build financial models and forecasts to support decision making
- Monitor portfolios and benchmark performance against competitors
- Prepare presentations for stakeholders
- Support due diligence processes and evaluate new investment and real estate opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
- 0–3 years of experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, or real estate investment analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- CME1 to CME4 certified
