The role
Support daily investment operations by helping ensure trades settle, portfolios reconcile, and data remains accurate.
Responsibilities
- Process and monitor trade settlements and resolve fails or breaks.
- Reconcile positions and cash with custodians and administrators.
- Support corporate actions processing.
- Maintain accurate security and portfolio data.
- Prepare operational reports for internal teams.
- Help improve processes and controls.
Requirements
- 1–4 years’ experience in investment operations, fund administration, or a similar role.
- Degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.
- Understanding of the trade lifecycle and settlement processes.
- Strong attention to detail and good Excel skills.
- Clear communication skills.
