This hands-on role supports day-to-day operations for investment funds and portfolios across a growing platform.
Role responsibilities
- Support fund and investment operations across the full lifecycle.
- Reconcile cash and positions; handle subscriptions, redemptions, and investment-related cash movements.
- Support NAV and valuations and produce operational reporting.
- Coordinate with fund administrators, custodians, banks, and other service providers.
- Support investor and client onboarding and operational documentation.
- Monitor and resolve operational breaks; support controls, reporting, and process improvements.
Experience sought
- Roughly 4–8 years of experience in asset management, private markets, fund administration, investment management, custody, or institutional investment operations.
