An experienced Investment Manager will identify, evaluate, execute, and manage strategic investment opportunities for a leading organization in Riyadh.
The ideal candidate has investment analysis, financial modeling, M&A, due diligence, portfolio management, and investment risk assessment expertise, with a record of participating in successful transactions.
Investment analysis and transactions
- Identify and assess attractive opportunities across local and regional markets and conduct analysis to support investment decisions.
- Build and review financial models using NPV, IRR, ROI, payback period, sensitivity analysis, and scenario analysis.
- Evaluate acquisitions, strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and other investment opportunities.
- Lead and coordinate financial, legal, commercial, operational, and technical due diligence.
- Participate in transactions from initial evaluation and structuring through negotiation and closing.
Portfolio, risk, and governance
- Monitor existing investments and portfolios and recommend corrective action where needed.
- Identify investment risks and develop mitigation strategies, risk limits, early-warning indicators, and exit plans.
- Support investment policies, governance frameworks, and approval processes.
- Support financing strategies and evaluate appropriate capital structures for investment opportunities.
Presentations and relationships
- Prepare investment proposals and presentations for senior management and the Board, covering opportunities, alternatives, risks, returns, scenarios, and recommendations.
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, funds, banks, developers, advisors, and relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Investment, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 12+ years of relevant experience in investment, portfolio management, corporate finance, private equity, real estate investment, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in an Investment Manager or comparable managerial role.
- Demonstrated experience in investment transactions, M&A, strategic partnerships, financing, and/or real estate development.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, feasibility study, investment analysis, investment risk management, and portfolio performance capabilities.
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
Preferred qualifications
- MBA, Master's in Finance/Investment, or a related postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- CFA and/or CAIA certification is highly preferred.
