A leading maritime and logistics company in
Jeddah, KSA
, is hiring a strategic
Investment Manager
to drive growth through financial evaluation and portfolio management.
Core Responsibilities
- **Financial Strategy:**
- Build sophisticated cash-flow models and conduct feasibility studies for maritime and real estate projects.
- **End-to-End Execution:**
- Lead due diligence, prepare Board-level proposals, and manage the legal execution of MoUs and SPVs.
- **Portfolio Oversight:**
- Monitor project performance and report status to key stakeholders.
- **Leadership:**
- Mentor a team of analysts to ensure alignment with corporate policies.
Key Requirements
- **Experience:**
- 5–7 years in a similar investment/finance role.
- **Education:**
- BA in Finance/Accounting;
- CFA or SOCPA
- certification is highly preferred.
- **Skills:**
Arabic & English
- ) with proficiency in ERP systems and financial modeling.
- **Location:**
- Must be based
- inside KSA
- (immediate availability or 30-day notice preferred).
