Role Description
This is a remote internship role for a Writer at ElavaIT Software Solutions LLP.
The Writer will support the creation of clear, engaging content for digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and marketing materials.
Day-to-day tasks include researching technology topics, drafting and revising content, aligning writing with brand guidelines, and collaborating with designers, developers, and marketing team members.
The role also involves proofreading, updating existing content for accuracy and consistency, and learning to tailor messaging for different audiences and channels.
Interns will receive guidance and feedback to develop professional writing skills in a technology-focused environment.
Qualifications
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and engaging content in en_US.
- Research skills to understand technology concepts, industry trends, and client needs, and translate them into accessible language.
- Basic familiarity with digital content formats (web pages, blogs, social media posts, email copy) and an interest in content marketing.
- Attention to detail for proofreading, grammar, spelling, and consistency across different content pieces.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and meet agreed deadlines.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams such as development and marketing.
- Interest in software, cloud, or IT services; prior exposure to technology topics or technical writing is a plus.
- Pursuing or having completed studies in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
