Job Role
The successful candidate will work closely with senior team members across the full transaction lifecycle, from opportunity identification and financial modelling through to due diligence, investment committee approval, and execution.
The role is designed to provide a robust foundation in real estate services investments and corporate finance, with the possibility of extension subject to performance and business need.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze acquisition and investment opportunities across the Investments team's pipeline
- Build and maintain financial models, including scenario and sensitivity analysis
- Support valuation work using discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable transactions, and precedent analysis
- Contribute to financial, commercial, and operational due diligence workstreams
- Coordinate with internal teams and third-party advisors throughout the transaction process
- Prepare investment committee memoranda and presentation materials for senior stakeholders
- Participate in the negotiation of transaction terms and the review of legal documentation
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential acquisition targets
- Maintain transaction trackers, pipeline reports, and supporting documentation
Qualifications & Requirements
- Master's degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline
- CFA Level I or Level II preferred
- Previous work experience is advantageous but not required; recent graduates are encouraged to apply
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with valuation methodologies, including DCF, comparable companies, and precedent transactions
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
