Investment Data & Operations Analyst

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day investment operations and reconciliations, ensuring processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Manage portfolio operational activities with external providers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor and reconcile investment cash flows, valuations, and portfolio activity to maintain accurate records and effective funding.
• Build relationships with custodians, brokers, and fund administrators to resolve issues and improve operational effectiveness.
• Coordinate regulatory, compliance, and governance activities to meet reporting obligations.
• Produce and enhance investment reports, dashboards, and data insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

Minimum criteria

• Demonstrable experience in investment operations, asset management, or financial services, including responsibility for operational processes, reconciliations, and transaction management.
• Experience supporting public and private market portfolios, including areas such as cash management, valuations, fund operations, trade processing, or custody.
• Experience producing, managing, or analysing investment data and reporting using systems and tools for portfolio oversight and decision-making.
• Experience working with external service providers, custodians, fund administrators, or other third-party partners on operational, reporting, or governance requirements.
