Investment Banking – MENA Coverage – Analyst – Dubai

Morgan MENA Coverage team is responsible for the origination and execution of public and private M&A, equity and debt transactions across sectors involving corporate and financial sponsor clients based across the MENA region.

We maintain leading relationships with some of the most prominent clients across the region and aid them in delivering on their corporate strategy and structure

As an Investment Banking Analyst within our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in the origination and execution of public and private mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures across all industry sectors.

You will also provide equity and debt capital markets advisory on a variety of capital and debt raising transactions, including listings, rights issues, and acquisition & leveraged finance across the MENA region.

Collaborating with other team members and colleagues from various industry, country, and product teams in other regions/countries, you will gain hands-on experience, continuous mentoring, feedback, and numerous opportunities for professional development.
