Investment Associate

Opportunity

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and execute M&A, private equity, and strategic investment opportunities; build financial models and valuation analyses.
• Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and investment committee materials; conduct commercial, financial, operational, and market due diligence.
• Perform sector research, market mapping, and target screening; support transaction execution from origination through completion.
• Coordinate with legal, financial, commercial, and tax advisors; analyze industry trends and identify investment opportunities.
• Monitor portfolio company performance and operating metrics; assist management teams with strategic and operational initiatives.
• Engage with senior stakeholders, investors, and external advisors; present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Support business development, relationship management, and value creation projects across portfolio investments.

The successful applicant

• 5–7 years in Investment Banking, M&A, Private Equity, or Principal Investments, with strong transaction execution experience.
• Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills; experience developing investment committee materials and transaction analyses.
• Strong commercial and analytical acumen; ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills and experience interacting with senior stakeholders and management teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• CFA, ACA, CA, or similar professional qualification is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Healthcare sector exposure is beneficial but not essential.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai.
