About the Role

We are looking for an Investment & Market Analyst who understands the Saudi startup and venture capital ecosystem and is passionate about helping high-growth startups prepare for fundraising, strategic partnerships, and market expansion in Saudi Arabia.

This role will work closely with startups participating in our programs to strengthen their investment readiness, investor narrative, and market positioning, while also facilitating meaningful connections with venture capital funds, investors, corporates, and ecosystem partners in the Kingdom.

The ideal candidate combines investment analysis, ecosystem knowledge, and strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable guidance for founders.

What You Will Do

Support Investment Readiness

Work closely with startups to prepare them for successful fundraising.

You will:

·      Conduct investment readiness assessments for participating startups

·      Analyze business models, financials, and growth assumptions

·      Support development of financial models and projections

·      Provide guidance on valuation logic and capital strategy

·      Help startups prepare for investor due diligence processes

Strengthen Investor Narratives

Help founders communicate a compelling investment story.

You will:

·      Review and refine pitch decks and investor materials

·      Support development of clear investment narratives and value propositions

·      Guide startups in preparing data rooms for investors

·      Support founders in fundraising preparation and investor engagement

Drive Ecosystem Connections

Leverage ecosystem knowledge to connect startups with relevant stakeholders.

You will:

·      Map and engage relevant VCs, angel investors, family offices, and corporate investors

·      Facilitate targeted introductions and matchmaking

·      Support startups in building relationships with potential partners and clients in Saudi Arabia

·      Contribute to ecosystem engagement initiatives and investor events

Provide Market Intelligence

Support startups entering the Saudi market with data-driven insights.

You will:

·      Conduct market research and sector analysis

·      Identify opportunities, trends, and competitive dynamics in key sectors

·      Support startups in shaping Saudi market entry strategies

·      Help develop strategic roadmaps for growth and expansion

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is deeply connected to the startup ecosystem and understands how venture-backed companies scale.

Required Experience

·      5+ years of relevant experience in:

o  Venture capital

o  Startup accelerators / incubators

o  Venture studios

o  Startup advisory or consulting

o  Corporate innovation or venture building

·      Experience working with startup founders and high-growth companies

·      Exposure to fundraising processes or investment evaluation

Saudi Ecosystem Knowledge (Highly Preferred)

Candidates should demonstrate familiarity with:

·      The Saudi startup and VC ecosystem

·      Venture funds and investors in the region

·      Key ecosystem platforms such as:

o  Venture funds

o  accelerators

o  corporate innovation programs

o  government entrepreneurship initiatives

Understanding of Vision 2030 priority sectors is a strong advantage.
