As we expand our operations and explore new business opportunities, we are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Investment Analyst to support our financial planning and strategic growth initiatives.

Job Description:
The Investment Analyst will play a key role in evaluating investment opportunities, optimizing financial performance, and supporting executive decision-making. This position requires strong analytical skills, financial modeling expertise, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data, market trends, and investment opportunities
• Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning
• Conduct risk analysis and assess potential returns on investments
• Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management
• Monitor portfolio performance and suggest adjustments when necessary
• Support budgeting, valuation, and capital allocation processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business goals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s is a plus)
• 2–5 years of experience in investment analysis, corporate finance, or a similar role
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and Excel
• Knowledge of valuation techniques and financial reporting
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in manufacturing, construction, or carpentry-related industries
• Familiarity with financial software and data analysis tools
• CFA or progress toward certification is an advantage

Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED28,000.00 per month
