What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Analyze financial statements, cash flows, and company performance
- Build and maintain financial models (valuation, forecasting, scenario analysis)
- Conduct market research and industry analysis
- Support **M&A transactions** including due diligence and deal execution
- Prepare investment memos, reports, and presentations for leadership
- Monitor portfolio company performance and identify growth opportunities
- Assist in risk assessment and investment strategy development
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners

- Financial modeling & valuation (DCF, comparable analysis)
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving
- Understanding of corporate finance & investment principles

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in investment analysis, banking, consulting, or similar
- Strong financial and analytical foundation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the investment field

- Experience in private equity, asset management, or corporate finance
- Knowledge of regional (GCC) markets
