Investment Advisor - External Asset Manager

About the Role

Investment Product Analysis

• Analyze real estate investment opportunities, including residential, commercial, off-plan, distressed, income-generating, and development-related products.
• Prepare investment summaries, financial models, risk assessments, and client-facing presentations.
• Review key investment metrics, including acquisition price, market comparables, rental yield, capital appreciation potential, exit strategy, liquidity, legal risks, and downside scenarios.
• Coordinate due diligence with developers, brokers, legal advisors, valuation specialists, and internal management.
• Monitor existing investment products and provide regular updates on market conditions, project status, and investor performance.
• Prepare recommendations for the fund’s management and investment committee.

Existing Client Management

• Manage relationships with existing HNW and UHNWI investors.
• Provide regular updates to clients regarding their investments, new opportunities, market trends, and portfolio performance.
• Organize investor meetings, calls, reports, and follow-ups.
• Identify opportunities for reinvestment, upselling, cross-selling, and referrals.
• Maintain a high standard of confidentiality, professionalism, and client service.
• Record client communication, preferences, investment history, and next steps in the CRM system.

New Client Acquisition

• Develop and manage a pipeline of new HNW and UHNWI clients.
• Build relationships with private investors, entrepreneurs, family offices, brokers, wealth managers, and strategic partners.
• Present the fund’s real estate investment products to potential investors.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand clients’ investment objectives, risk appetite, liquidity needs, and preferred investment structures.
• Convert qualified leads into active investors.
• Represent the fund at private meetings, networking events, investor presentations, and business development activities.

Transaction & Internal Coordination

• Coordinate the full client journey from first contact to investment closing.
• Work with legal, finance, operations, compliance, and management teams to complete transactions.
• Support KYC, onboarding, document collection, payment coordination, and post-sale investor support.
• Ensure all client communications are accurate, professional, and aligned with internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in private banking, wealth management, real estate investment, investment advisory, family office services, private client management, or investor relations.
• Experience working with HNW and UHNWI clients is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of real estate investment products and investment logic.
• Ability to read, analyze, and explain financial models, investment presentations, and transaction structures.
• Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills.
• Existing network of private investors, HNW/UHNW clients, family offices, or business owners is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Russian, Arabic, Hindi, Chinese, or other languages are an advantage depending on the client market.
• Strong analytical mindset, commercial judgment, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of targets.
• High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
• UAE / GCC market experience is preferred.
