Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Investment Advisor located in Dubai.
The Investment Advisor will work closely with clients to provide expert financial planning, develop tailored investment strategies, and identify real estate investment opportunities within Dubai.
Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing market trends, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service to guide clients through the buying, selling, or investing process.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in real estate with a proven record of success
- Strong sales skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Knowledge of the real estate market and property management principles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
